It will give you detailed instructions as to how and where to send your motor in for service. A signed form included with your motor will speed up the repair process.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to upgrades in our motor size and power, some parts are no longer available for older motors and because of this we cannot repair all motors sent in to us. Please see the image below. You must measure your motor as shown in the photo before sending it in for repair. If your motor measures smaller than the dimension shown, parts are no longer available, and it should be replaced. See the parts page for replacement options.
