HAMMERHEAD® LIMITED WARRANTY

The HAMMER-HEAD® pool cleaning machine, REMORA™ vacuum head and Smart-Switch™ are warranted by Hammerhead Patented Performance, Inc. (hammerheadvac.com) for manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Products must be registered to receive warranty coverage. Wearable parts (wheels, bearings, bushings, power cords, propellers, debris bags), surfaces, paint finishes, and wear and tear from use are not covered under warranty. Negligence, abuse, poor maintenance, or damage caused during storage or transport are not covered under warranty. Modification or operation of this product in any way other than specified by the manufacturer voids all warranty claims. Warranty claims must be made directly with HAMMER-HEAD®. Please fill out form below and attach a photo of your receipt (proof of purchase) and a photo of the serial number barcode sticker on the packaging or the serial number decal on the product to complete your warranty registration.
***Please note: We do not accept screenshots of order confirmations or of emailed receipts unless they show a date and serial number or include a valid delivery tracking number. We will not accept registrations submissions without proof of purchase (a receipt copy) or proof of delivery (a delivery receipt or tracking number). Registrations will not be accepted after six months time has elapsed, regardless of the date on the receipt. If the information you submit is complete you will receive an email from
HAMMER-HEAD® confirming your registration. If your information is incomplete, you will receive an email requesting the missing information.

HAMMER-HEAD® does not share your contact information, but may send you important news or specific information regarding your HAMMER-HEAD® product.

What you will need to register your warranty?

  1. A picture of the serial number or registration tag

  2. A copy of your receipt and/or a valid delivery tracking number
